When you get the green notification after a visit has been requested, that means that everything has gone successfully and we have pushed out a message to deliver the message to your visitor.
From this point on, the PIN works its way through the mobile phone networks to get to your visitor. There are some things that can affect this:
- Wrong or incorrect number
- Poor network coverage
- If the handset is turned off
Mostly, these things are all fine and the message is delivered, however there is always a chance that a message is lost in the phone network during delivery. This is very rare, but can happen.
If the situation does occur that your visitor didn't get their code, you can always share the PIN via WhatsApp or your own SMS - head to the visit screen, tap the visit and use the share icon to do this.
