Typically, Arke will automatically send the PIN to the visitor via SMS when you create the visit. This functionality is a setting that is chosen by the management team that runs your Arke system.
If your Arke system does not use this feature, or if it does and you just wish to share your PIN again via another channel (WhatsApp for example), you can do so. This can be useful if your visitor tells you they didn't receive their PIN as expected.
Start by going to the 'Visits' screen and select the visit you want to share the PIN from. Next to the PIN, you will see the share icon:
Tap that and select your desired app to use to share the PIN:
