Should you wish to hide a visit from showing in the Arke mobile app, this can be done in 3 easy steps.
1. From the Arke mobile app, you can hide a visit which has been requested. To do this, you will need to navigate to the details of the visit you wish to hide and select the three dots in the upper right corner, which will allow you more options for this visit.
2. Once the options menu opens, at the bottom of the screen, you will see various options which are available for this visit. The second option down will allow you to hide the visit.
3. Once you select hide from the menu, you will receive a pop up notification advising that the visit will be hidden on your device and will be reset once you log out and log in again. You will need to select hide from this new pop up to fully hide the visit from your device until you log in again.
Note: Should you need to fully remove a visit which has been requested or taken place, please contact your estate or property manager and they will be able to remove the visit from the Arke system, should their local policy allow for this.
