If you are a user/resident then you will need to contact the property or estate manager to have them add you to the Arke system on site.
Once you’ve been added to the Arke system, you will receive a text message welcoming you to the system and explaining how to create your login account. Please follow the link in the text message to continue the registration process.
You’ll use the same phone number that the property manager configured for you (your mobile phone number) as well as your email address. Please be sure to check the spam or junk folder, in your email account, for the registration email as sometimes they are filtered to that folder.
Once you’ve completed the registration process you can use your login username and password to access the Arke system via the mobile app.
After getting logged in, you can now welcome your visitors with ease.
