If you are a property manager or site admin then you will need to add the user to the site system that manages users who need to grant access to visitors (usually this is the access control system). The Arke system synchronizes users from this system and adds them to the Arke platform automatically
Be sure to include the user/residents first name, surname, and their mobile telephone number in order for them to have access.
Once the user has been added to the Arke system, they will receive a text message welcoming them to the system (usually within 5 mins) and explaining how to create their login account. Please have them follow the link in the text message to continue the registration process.
If the user/resident doesn't receive their welcome text message within 5 mins then you will need to verify the phone number was entered correctly as well as verifying that the user/resident is able to receive text messages on that line.
