In the event that your phone is lost, or someone has unauthorized access to your Arke login details, please notify the estate or property manager immediately. They will be able to temporarily remove access to the Arke system from your details.
Ensure you are the only person that has access to the email account which you used to setup your account on the Arke system (you may need to consider resetting your email password at this time).
Once you have secure access to this email account, you can use the ‘Forgot Password’ link on the Arke sign on page and it will allow you to reset your Arke password to regain access. Here’s a link that will help you with the password reset process if you need it: Forgot Password Help
After you have reset your password for your Arke account, please notify your estate or property manager that you have secure access to your Arke account again and they will be able to enable your account to allow visitor access.
