If the computer that is running the Arke software no longer has a connection to the internet, or if it no longer has a connection to the access control software, you and your residents will receive a notification that the site is offline.
Quite often, the Arke software is installed on the same computer as the access control software, and this should be checked to ensure that the computer is on and running, with a working internet connection.
Once the computer is running with a working internet connection, the Arke software will reconnect and you and your residents will receive a notification that the connection is restored, typically within 5-10 mins of coming back online.
