Arke provides a number of ways for communication between you and your estate management, which are accessed from the 'Conversations' tab on your Arke dashboard.
Starting a new conversation
To start a new conversation with your estate manager, please go to the 'Conversations' tab and click the blue 'New Message' button on the top right.
Enter the subject for your message, type and edit the message in the empty field and then click the orange 'Send' button to send your message.
When your estate manager replies to your message, it becomes a conversation. You will then be able to find it and reply to it by going back to the 'Conversations' tab.
To see your previous and new conversations, click 'Conversations' in the menu on the right.
By clicking the 'Show' button, you can select to only see the open, the closed or all the conversations.
On the right side of the screen, you can reply to messages and continue one on one conversations with your estate manager, by typing your text in the empty field below and clicking the orange button with the arrow to send.
Your estate manager can also send community messages, that go to all the residents on your estate.
These messages are marked by a blue line with a circle icon - where the messages only directed to you personally are marked with a green line.
When you reply to these community messages and that way start a conversation, the message will only be sent to your estate manager.
For every type of activity - a new conversation, a new community message or a reply on either one of them - you will receive an email notification, to let you know you got a message.
You can click the orange button in the email to view and respond to the message.
Please note: you need an Arke account to receive these emails. Please make sure you've got a confirmed Arke account and you're checking the same email address for these estate messages and conversations.
