You can change the personal details (email address and/or phone number) you use for your Arke account by visiting http://identity.arke.io.
Login with your details and from there, you will have the option to change your email address or phone number.
When you change your email address, you will need to enter the verification code that is sent to your new email address.
When you update your phone number, you will need to enter the verification code that is sent to your new number.
Note: if you update the phone number for your Arke account, please make sure that your estate manager updates the phone number on the estate's system too, so that the phone numbers match. You will not be able to use Arke until your new phone number has been loaded into the estate's system correctly.
