You can reset the password you use to login to Arke if you cannot remember it. You can do so by clicking here.
If you see this when logging into Arke, after clicking 'Login' in the Arke app, enter your email address and tap 'Next'.
On the next screen you will be asked to enter your password. You can click the link that says 'Forgot password?'
After entering your email address, a verification code to reset your password will be sent via email. If you can't find the email in your inbox, make sure to check your spam folder and change your filter settings if needed.
Copy this verification code into your Arke app. Make sure you do this within the time frame that is indicated by the orange progress line.
If you didn't manage to enter it before the time is up, the code will expire and you will have to request a new one.
Then enter your new password and click the green button that says 'Change password'. You will then be asked to login again, using your new password.
If your new password doesn't get accepted after successfully resetting it, it's either because:
- You're not entering the same password as the one you entered when changing it
- There's a password manager (like Lastpass or iCloud Keychain) on your device. This can do two things:
- It enters your email address where the verification code should go.
Please delete the email address and enter your verification code. - It may enters your old password in the password field.
Please make sure to delete the old password from your password manager and update it to your new password or to type the new password manually.
- It enters your email address where the verification code should go.
Note: When entering your email address, Arke will notify you if no account exists under the email address that you've entered. If you receive this notification, you may have registered your account under another email address.
