When you're logging in to your Arke app and you get an error message saying 'There was another session already active', it means that you've opened a login session on your device, while still in the process of another login session.
We built in a re-direct, so after seeing this message, Arke will automatically clear the cookies to erase this second login.
This means that entering your login details again - without closing the app or doing anything else - will automatically solve this for you.
In case the message persists after entering your login details for a second time, please contact Arke support so we can assist with clearing the cookies manually.
