When you're using an Android phone that's running a version older than version 5, then you might run into a few issues when using apps like Arke.
The minimum requirement for a secure, reliable performance is a version 5. Androids older than that haven't released the necessary updates and aren't meeting the security standards and therefore the support is dropped for Androids that old.
If you have been using Arke and start to experience issues like not being able to login anymore, error messages and other issues that don't get resolved by the usual advice, we recommend to check if you're running an Android version that's older than version 5.
Please Google the instructions on how to check this for your specific phone make and model.
If you're new to Arke and weren't using the Arke app yet, you might experience that you can't download the Arke app and that installation is getting blocked on your device if you're on an Android version older than 5.
Until you might get a new device that does run a version with the required security updates, please note that there's also an Arke web version that you can use in the meantime.
Just enter app.arke.io into a web browser on your PC or laptop and login there to use all the Arke features that are enabled for your site.
